Clay-limestone soil. Yields of 30 hl/ha. Grapes handpicked and destemmed. Depending on the year, the wine is kept in vat between 70 and 90 days. Full-body pigeage, a house speciality. Total of 30 months maturation, with 50% of the wine kept in big oak vats or demi-muids.

Une et Mille Nuits has great finesse, with garrigue and wild bramble aromas. Very concentrated in mouth, with silky tannins.
