Le Vin Maghani is a wine to keep (20 years?), powerful with fine tannins.
In its youth, it has notes of red fruit, chocolate and peonies.
As it evolves, more complex notes emerge of morello cherries, spices and white tobacco.
Drink with game, woodcock, roast goose with spices and fruit conserve.
