Clay-limestone soil, vines on light slopes facing full south at 150m altitude. Mourvèdre 50%, Cinsault 50%. Yields of 35 hl/ha.
Harvested by hand. Traditional vinification: grapes destemmed then vinified in stainless steel tanks for two weeks. Matured in stainless steel for 4 months.
