Why Organic?

If the vines are worked naturally, the answer’s blindingly obvious. To start with, because we drink the wine we make. And then, because it’s hard to love your vineyards and your land if you’re destroying them.

Canet-Valette has been certified organic – “bio”- since 1999.

However, we’re aren’t here to be ayatollahs; fundamentalism always leads to exclusion.

We aren’t here to give people lessons, to play politics, or to surf the media waves.

Just to make good wine…
